Beyond pathetic service from Cell C

On 29 April I received a reply from Cell C after my submission on hellopeter.com about a stupid irritating message that keeps appearing on my cellphone. They said they were "escalating" the inquiry. The famous expression used by many when they want to delay or dodge and answer. No contact since. Seems they suffer from lockjaw in the lockdown. I can believe rumours that Cell C is sinking. I never heard from this useless bunch so on May 14 I wrote to hellopeter again. They responded saying that they rep**** "privately". Well, I'm still waiting for any action on their behalf!
