beyond frustration
still writing in frustration and anger , why can i not get this issue resolved ? i am tired of the back and forth i have been doing . after my last complain i received a call from Cell C promising me that this issue will be resolved, followed by a text on the 5th of may stating that the issue will be resolved between 14-15 days . its been over 20 days now and the situation is still as it was . i have expressed issue to over 10 people working at cell c , being transferred from department to anther . i did all i have been asked to do but they still fail to help me .

20 Jun 2022, 14:30Absolutely horrible service , i have been writing on this platform this platform for the last 3 months hoping that my issue will be resolved. Clearly not !! Cell C cares less on what their customers have to say about them . i have 3 reviews that no one has cared enough to respond to them .
i am honestly agitated and frustrated by this issue now , i am definitely escalating this matter onto other platforms . i have waited patient enough and its not helping me!!
