Beyond fed-up now
I logged a review on the 07th of February 2020 @ 13h06, I then received an email from cell c stating that they couldn't reach me on my number (no kidding-you suspended my service) due to Your incompetence. I provided an alternative number, they are still "phoning" me to sort out the issue. It has been escalated a total of 3 times yet it is not solved. They do not take responsibility for mistakes made by their agents, then the customer has to pay for it. No wonder they are going under.
