Beyond disgusted
I'm beyond disgusted with cell c. I settled my account 3 months ago. Been receiving weird statements ever since, everytime I call them to find out I was told the account is closed I should ignore the attaements. This morning R1100 was debited from my account that is my child's school fees money for gods sake. This is the second time I'm having this issue with them. Everytime I settle an account with them they do this. I want my money back.

The first time I called, when I received the statement for R3000 in arrears - I was told to ignore the statement there must have been an error from your end as the account is closed - Then requested for the number to be disconnected as I'm not using it. Thereafter requested a settlement letter which I never received.
Called again the second time again I was told the same thing, your account is closed we will escalate to get this resolved - pity I no longer have the case numbers but please I want this account to be closed. R4200.00 was paid 3 months ago. Will look for emails as I send proof of payment requesting the account to be closed and canceled.
I need someone to call me on my number ***, please.
