Beyond angry with CELL C
My name is Khulekani I had a contract with Cell C for 24 months because I was paying very well I managed to pay up my contract in full last year 14 December 2023 R1216.55 before the stipulated 24 months. I specifically asked the lady after paying the settlement fee will there be anything afterwards because I wanted to close the contract and be done with Cell C she then said nothing is owing I then asked her to close my contract and discontinue my number and she told me that’s it. A few hours ago I received an emailed with Cell C statement saying I’m owing when I call them I’m told I now have to pay a “cancellation fee” I asked where is it coming from now I’m told I have to pay because I asked my contract to be closed because I have settled it I’m asking why was I supposed to continue with the contract when I settle it early I’m told unfortunately it’s the rules I feel cheated and *****ed my question is why was I supposed to let the conference until the last day when I have settled it in full am I now punished for being a good payer??? Can anyone assist Cell C is illtreating their customers for being good payers I’m begging anyone to please assist once you have a contract with Cell C there’s now way out it’s a death warrant PLEASE ASSIST Cell no *** email ***
