BEWARE.. STAY WAY FROM CELL C

After receiving a faulty router in March 2018 I have returned it to Cell C the next day. It was confirmed that the router was faulty but NO offer to have it replaced. I requested the upgrade to be cancelled. For 3 months I get sent from 1 dept to the other. They keep on billing me for the data without the router. Is there any agent in Cell C intelligent enough to know that you can not call the client on a data only contract..?? Cell C is by far the worst company in the country to deal with. Dragging a case for months just to fool the client. My previous reviews did not EVEN help. All empty promisses that an agent will contact me!!! Cell C is seriously corrpt, dishonnest, useless with agents IQ level probably below normal and trained to bull**** clients. How many times do one need to escelate a matter before the penny drops??? Nomvula from the retentions dept’s mouth sounded bigger than the brain as I got billed AGAIN after spening an hour to explain... I have given up on this one. Changed my bank account and wait till Cell C gives ne a bad credit record for there mistake.
