Beware of rising costs

<p>In March 2015 I took out three Straight up 30 Top-up contracts. I now wanted to take out another and was told that this contracts has been discontinued. At the same time I took out a Straight up 50 contract at around R 86 / month. This contract is still available with the same handset but it will now cost R 129 per month - an increase of 50 %</p> <p>For those tempted to switch to Cell C - Be carefull since they reel you in like a fish and then they hit you over the head with rediculous increases. </p> <p>At the same time, it must be stated that the so called sales people are not helpfull at all. The standard response is that they do not determine rates so they can't help or they transfer you to another just as useless department. </p> <p>We were also told that teh towers will be upgraded in our area. It's over a year later and we are still furnishing the electrical bill for the boosters they installed. </p>
