BEWARE OF CELL C - THEY ARE *****S

I am very disappointed with Cell c and how they take their customers for granted. I've since logged a complaint regarding the billing error on my 2 contracts that i have with cell c and to date i haven't received feedback.<br> <br> I called customer services on Friday 9 October 2015 and i received a call query number # *** but no one has given me feedback. <br> <br> Friday 9 October i logged a complaint on Hello Peter and the response in got was that they are unable to get hold of me which is pure lies as i provided all my details and there was not even a missed call or a voice massage on my phone to say they tried to contact me.<br> <br> This has happened to me before where they incorrectly billed my account and promised to fix it. i waited and they never fixed the error. when i stopped paying them, they handed me over to their legal collections. i'm now trapped in a contract that i cant get out of. <br> <br> I hate cell c and i really wish people could see what a ***** of a company this is. these people are busy adverting free deals and deceiving people by trying to hook up clients. but on the other side they are busy *********** their existing clients by double billing to try and recover their money.<br>
