Beware of Cell C online sending wrong devices

On the 29th of February 2020 I had purchased an Hauwei P smart 2019 64gb online. I was then delivered an Hauwei P smart 2017 32gb.I then returned the phone to Cell C and it was approved for an OBF on the 9th of March 2020 I then called cell c for the correct phone to be delivered as was told they out of shock and will get my money back. It's being almost a month and still no joy.The consultants seem as though they don't know what going on. I keep getting promised calls back or emails from them but until now I received not one call back. Mbali Martiz promised to sort the matter out it being 2 weeks I have heard nothing from her. I think something ******* is going on with cell c online why send the wrong phone and put the SD card in such a way that one cannot see its the wrong device unless they open the box. I sent emails to cell c help no response it like I'm dealing with ghost. I want my money back. This is pathetic.I'm calling and calling and everyone seems to have different story.
