BEWARE DATA SIM ****S CELL C/IGNITION GROUP
I signed up for a data sim at R186 pm last Nov from the IGNITION grp. The cards arrived and did not work. It then cost me over R200 in phone calls to Cell C and the company who sold me the card to try sort it out. Cell C does not return calls. They also give me a rigorous security check and I rarely pass this test according to cell c.
Cell C eventually sent an email stating the account was deactivated and so were the sim cards. That email was Dec 2025. In March 2026 I find out that they have blacklisted me for non payment. Again I called and was told I do not pass the security checks. I demanded a manager. I was then told a manager will call me back. Thats 2 days ago and nobody has called me back.
CAN CELL C PLEASE CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AND REMOVE MY NAME FROM THE BLACK LISTING.
