Beware Cellc will destroy you if you don't play ball

I diligently concluded a 3-year contract with Cellc. I did not want to continue with the contract after it expired in the 3rd year. That is when my troubles with Cellc began. After claiming that I still owed 1 month payment I eventually paid them after they submitted my account to collections lawyers. 8 months down the line credit bureaus indicate that I still owe cellc . This time the amount ballooned from about R285.00 to over R800.00. I requested paid up letters from both cellc and their collections lawyers but still no help. Cellc refuses to even update the credit bureaus to reflect that I am paid up, therefore I remain with a bad credit record.
