Beware Cell C internet packages

During the week of 28 September I was phoned by a person from Cell C offering me an internet package for R 199 a month. I was supposed to get 20 Gb a month, but I subsequently discovered that crucial information was withheld for me. as 10 Gb had to be accessed between midnight and 5 a.m. Well, I’m not a teenager that does internet and downloads in the morning hours, so half of the package was not accessible to me. Whether the misinformation was deliberate or due to incompetence does not matter – I considered it ********** and cancelled the contract on Tuesday 6 October. I was told that someone will contact me about picking up the modem and charger. Well, a week had gone by and noone has contacted me. They had better also send me a new invoice - nowhere was there any mention of R 199!
