BEWARE CELL C FIBRE

Beware of Cell C fibre... I have been using it for a year without problems, was even happy when I received a simcard for free also..' for incase the fibre fails'

A year later they unfortunately started charging me for this.. Phoned already and said I never agreed to it.. 5 months later I am however still paying R80+ per month for it..

This is very unfortunate as their fibre is not bad, but this is a deal breaker

Update on this matter: Many phone calls later and CellC did not do anything, after promising to resolve this. Refund was promised...Didn't happen..Debit order would be corrected..didnt happen.. So unfortunately as soon as I wrap things up with a new provider, it will be goodbye CellC.. CellC please don't even phone me again, just learn out of this and go clean your house up before more clients hit the road
