Your customer service is excellent. Really some people there that are trying to keep the customer satisfied, going the extra mile.

It is not your people that are the problem, it is your product.

It REALLY still suck. I know we have the answers, you have no plans within the next decade to resolve the dead spots you are aware of in Northcliff, just a reminded it stays frustrating.

No need to call me. I know Service desk can not do anything. Your business scope prevent you from fixing problems.

I am in my fifties mate, I am pretty sure I will be 6 feet down when that happen, but thank you for responding. I still hope on some Aliens rather than the signal thing .... (( Enjoy weekend!
