BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a pleasant experience. I just received a call from Desmond from your offices in Midrand. After not being too sure if i wanted to stay will CellC due to issues i have had in the past, i just got the BEST SERVICE EVER and wont be leaving anytime soon!!! As someone who has worked in the service industry for 6 years i know and understand the importance of good customer service but this guy went above and beyond!!! He is by far the friendliest consultant from CellC that i have ever dealt with(i have been a client for 16 YEARS) . He has put such a smile on my face and i am so happy that Desmond called me to confirm my upgrade because with customer service like this i am more than happy to stay on board :) i hope this compliment reaches him and that he gets the reward he deserves!
