Best Customer Service(Porting Department)

I'd like to thank and give a shout to Monica Masia from the porting department. That young lady is good at what she does.

After speaking to 4 consultants before i have never gotten such great customer service with her,without her i would have lost my numbers for good(a very important number for that matter)

She made sure she followed up on my case and called evrytime she said she would call back to assure me and not a minute later.

That department deserves her. She should never be moved to any other department, she even deserves to take up leadership position. I was ready to leave cell c but thank God for her i am a happy customer.
