I am writing to you to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service which I always receive from Tumelo, Sizwe, Peter Phakai. He is always warm and accommodating and very helpful. I hope that this is the kind of service that will be present in all our stores permanently as this is what the customers want. I no that I can always rely on him, his my go 2 guy. He needs to be rewarded.
