Best customer service ever!!!

I would like to show my appreciation and salute Mr Elvis(Cellc Menlyn store manager). Unfortunately I did not check for his surname.

A week ago I accompanied my mom to buy a new phone. Mr Elvis took his time to go thru each and every product they have, he had the patience to go thru everything with us n even helped us pick the best phone for my mom.

I also felt like enquiring about tablets for my son, he showed me even those that are on promotion, explaining everything to me and even went beyond his duties to even explain things like parental control to me.

Yesterday he called me to inform me that the tablet I had ordered less than 4 days ago is now in store, today I went there and he helped me thru everything. Thank you so much Mr Elvis, I so wish retail had more people like you. Us being comfortable with you made us even buy a tablet. God bless you for your efforts sir.
