Best customer service ever !!!

<p>To whom it may concern:</p> <p>I was in your branch and received ****py service from the manager of the store(Not sure his name, it starts with a Z) regarding a query i had. Nurjaan Williams then assisted me with the greatest service, she should have been the manager of that store as i have been seeing her face there for years already. Its not nice as a customer to keep dealing with different people every time you enter this store, the service has really gone down in that store and management is to blame not the staff. I truely hope that Nurjaan gets recognised for her great customer service and you as a company you do the necessary to incentivise this individual( I will do an enquiry by her to find out the companies feedback). The service that she has given is the service that will make your company succeed. Keep it up Nurjaan :-) </p>
