Best customer service agent.
I had a billing query where I called multiple times with no help and rude and unhelpful consultants. I wrote a review here and the matter was given attention. My query was resolved by Sydney Mokoena from escalations, he was so good I forgot all about my billing issue , the best customer service I've ever received from Cell C. I just wish their customer service consultants could be as good and as patient. Keep up the good work sir.
