Best call center service

<p>Good evening</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I had a airtime missing query with Cell C and I called the call center were the phone was picked up by Noma from Kzn.</p> <p>At first she just wanted to push me to the curb and do what she was trained to do but with my persistence for my query to be resolved she calmed herself down and had to be patient with me as their customer</p> <p> </p> <p><br />She then realised my persistence was too much for her and tried to brush me off with the 'I'll escalate the issue' but I insisted to be cc'd in the communication that she was going to escalate that's when he put me on hold and asked the customer care team leader to assist with this query a gentleman by the name of Sanele Mgabhi who doesn't only use his training to resolve and issue but personal experience as well to resolve customer issues. </p> <p>Cell C care KZN did a great job in putting people like Sanele to help us hard headed customers who are too much for a normal consultant.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Thank you Sanele and Thank you Cell C</p>
