Below very poo service when your contract ends and they refuse to cancel it.

Paying for a contract which initially lost phones for and never replaced. At the end of contract my request to cancel ended up with an additional contract which was never delivered yet for 5yrs I'm still paying for a contract I requested to cancel. Now every month I must go reverse the R2000 they are taking, with the collectors calling me and not doing anything after hearing my story. Now I can't buy a house because Cell C was greedy enough to sell me another product that they never delivered wheen I asked to cancel. To this day they keep debiting my account and dragging my name in the mud at the same time. Very poor service from all call centre agents down to the walk-in centre's that always refer me to the below dumb call centre.
