Being treated like an idiot

I enquired last year about my Cell C contract which expired last year I learned today. But last year I was told is January. When I call I can't be assisted. I need someone to help I've been trying I don't know what to do further. I just want to cancel my expired contract with Cell C. Instead Cell C is calling often about upgrade when I asked to cancel I'm referred. Why is difficult to cancel expired contract? Isn't that contract expires automatically terminated. Now Cell C I regret having contracted with you.I went to Hatfield where I took contract with assistance. It common that Cell C and other resolve matter when you make loud noise that's what in doing now. I hate this so much but I have no choice
