Being ****** on an upgrade promotion!!

<p>I did an upgrade on a LG stylus 2 which was running on a promotion with the minute sms's and data when i received the phone it was an OBF and was approved an OBF the cell c trade route store didnt have stock on the LG stylus 2 to replace me with so they replaced me with a different phone and didnt give me the promotion with it i was ****** its not my problem if the phone was an OBF phone the head office and was told they cant resolve the matter asked for the CEO email address to lodge the complaint to him was told they are not allowed to give that to me cell c is the worst cell phone company to deal with the service stink and they rob people</p>
