Being ****** by Cell C

Hi Cell C. I am a prepaid customer and even though your coverage is the absolute worst I have stuck by you as I benefit from you 99c/ min ( per second billing) why is it that I have just made a call to Post Offices customer care line and I was charged in excess of R7 for a 2 minute call?????? Unfortunately as prepaid customers we do not receive billing so it is probably easier to rob us!!! I would like to be refunded the money that has been taken from me! As I made a 15 minute call earlier today to the same number so you must be smiling all the way to the bank!!!! Your customers are not idiots so how about you stop your nonsense... So disgruntled!
