Being put on hold when they call me
I have been receiving phone calls from a Cell-C call centre 084 145. Upon answering these calls, the only thing I hear is holding music. Why on earth would you call someone and then place them on hold before they answer? I find this extremely rude and disrespectful. If you don't have time to speak to me, then don't call!
