Being phone for paid up account

<p>I bought out my cell phone contracts in April 2017 paid the required amount for each contract to be canceled and had the accounts transferred to prepaid.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Now someone from your account department is phoning my teenager about payment!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />It had now been the third time that someone has called me about my account and dropped the phone call in my ear and now they are phoning my son!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />This is ridiculous!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I am now trying to phone the department and have been online for 15 minutes!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Sort this out today!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I have paid you and have done everything you asked for!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />These accounts should have been canceled April already why I am still getting calls about them!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Tel ********** </p> <p>061 ********** </p> <p> ********** </p>
