<p>so dear cell c, i have been sending messages to your facebook page as the problem STILL PERSISTS. you have given me 2g data, BUT MY AIRTIME STILL DISSAPPEARS INSTEAD OF MY DATA BUNDLES. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!!! I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING ON MY SIDE YOU ASKED, BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTS. IS IT TOO MUCH TO ASK TO SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT??? THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

30 Aug 2016, 15:34Wow, Patrick has advised me on the way forward? no, this has AGAIN been logged to be investigated. by tomorrow he will have feedback. don't really see this as a way forward, seeing that the previous times it was also logged for investigation and that is the last i heard. hopefully this time it will be resolved and all airtime taken from my account to be reimbursed. this is an issue that you have to sort out.
