Being harrased over paid cell c account- follow up (now my credit limit was taken away)

Alright, so after fighting my head off to get my billing resolved, I try to make a phone call today, just to find out the limit which was on my account had been drastically reduced right up to the point where I cant even make a phone call. Will this ever end? I am at the point where cell c can rather have my simcard back and I will go to another network.
