Being de*****ed by Cell C
On the 25th of January Cell C will be deducting R3697.78 I don't know what it for and I don't know who authorised it. My installment for the remaining contract is R 286.08. Where on earth did that amount come from? I am being de*****ed here. I have called several times to make sure that this doesn't happen as I know that once this amount gets deducted it will not be refunded . This is *****!

26 Jan 2022, 09:09I am still waiting for someone to contact me or send me the recording. The cancellation fees I am being charged were never mentioned by the agent who assisted me. I repeatedly asked if there were other amounts I was liable for and was told no - just the commitment amount. I need answers.
