being charged for two cellphones

At beginning of March I was called by cell c and offered to upgrade my contract and later on was sent Sony experia phone which I never liked when it was delivered at my workplace, immediately I called contract department that they must sent courier to fetch the pphone and it was collected within a third day of delivery. After two weeks I got another call from cellc offering me again with upgrade and explained to consultant that I wanted a bigger Sony cellphone and she offered me a Sony experia n she said it's a bigger one and it was it delivered by the same courier driver who came to fetch the very first one. Later on I opened the the phone to my surprised it was the very same font that I returned because it was not what I wanted I called cell c again and was put from different people without any help that's when I decided to keep the font even though it was not my liking cos I waisted with my time calling cellc without any help the problem am experiencing now since March to May I'm being charged R208 monthly instead of my normal payment of R110 I was told that I have two fones whereas one done was collected from my workplace by cellc courier I want hellopeter to assist me on thi
