being charged for something i never asked for and have never received.

ever since my contract with cellc started i have been charged for itemised billing yet that service is not offered by cellc and i have never even requested for the itemised billing. every single month i call the call centre and get told that they will remove itemised bill from the next month and then i get charged again. i want my money back. i have never asked for the itemised billing and have never received not even one statement from cell c so please remove the itemised billing from inception of the contract and then refund me all my money back.
