BEING CHARGED FOR NONEXISTENT CONTRACT

Hello, To say im angry and disappointed is an underestimation of how im feeling.

I've been trying to get cell c to cancel my contract but they keep on making me pay Money for a contract im not benefiting anything from, the product that was part of the contract was returned to them a long time ago.

Cell c first asked me to pay R570, I paid that amount using the bank details and reference they gave me then emailed them proof of payment AND THEY ACCEPTED THE PROOF OF PAYMENT.

MONTHS AND MONTHS LATER, They send me an sms asking me to pay R150, when I contacted them on facebook they said the last payment (R570) was not received. if it wasn't, where is the money because it did not return to mt account and I used the details they gave me to pay.

They keep on charging me, im so tired i dont even know what to do anymore. They are refusing to let me go but when i had to take the contract they were following me like mosquitoes.

Please assist, anyone who managed to cancel their cell c contract successfully please help me im tired.

i would never recommend Cell C to anyone.
