Being ******** by Cell C and they wont win

I am at a point where I dont know what to do with Cell C. A consultant called me two weeks ago and agreed with me that I was being charged incorrectly . then she went on leave and did not hand over my case to anybody else. Yesterday she calls me again and tries to gaslight me. the fact is I am being charged for the contract i did not agree to. they need to refund this amount. they are also charging me for insurance that i did not choose. they refuse to cancel it from inception. Like Cell C does not care about the CPA.

Today i get an sms saying my account is in arrears when they know full well that there is no outstanding

i cannot believe the levels of ineptitude

if you are thinking of getting a contract with them i would suggest you look elsewhere coz the issues i have experienced are bad enough to send one to the grave. the worst being the gaslighting. it should be ******* for a registered company to do such
