being billed incorrect amount

From October 2014 to February 2015 there was an issue with Cell C not sending me the agreed upon phone. This problem was then rectified and in February 2015 i was sent the agreed upon LG G3 at the rate that Patrick agreed to (after listening to recordings of the initial phone calls). It was agreed on that i would pay the monthly fee agreed upon by the initial consultant and Patrick and a credit would be loaded into my account by cell c due to the price difference between what the consultant and Patrick agreed upon, and the systems price.<br> Upon receiving this months statement it appears that the credit has not been loaded into my account AND i am being overcharged in the monthly charge. <br> Email correspondence requesting resolvence of this matter has remained unresponded to and unresolved.<br> The experience i have had with Cell C doing this contract upgrade has been unpleasant for the last five months.
