Being billed for cancelled contracts

I squared both cellphone contracts up on the 17/11/2015 which I have a email stating the contracts are cancelled. Today 29/12/2015 Cell c deducted R1098.91.<br> <br> My Cell C number is *** and *** which has been cancelled <br> <br> I did not have enough fund to come off in my back account. FNB charged me R502.98 in bank changes.<br> <br> I want compensation from Cell C today as this is my 3rd time writing on hello Peter and did not get one reply. I want to shut Cell C down. I want somebody with a high status from Cell C to call me today still as I want this money (compensation) placed in my account asap. ***.
