Been waiting for my iPhone 11 upgrade for 3 months!!

I was due for an upgrade 3 months ago and went in to get an iPhone 11 64GB as advertised in the Cell C monthly deals booklet. However, the staff member on duty told me that there was no stock but to fill out my contract anyway as I should get a phone within the next week. I constantly called and followed up with this but still did not get a phone. I went back in December and January but still no phone... The staff told me that they will call me when the next phone comes in but still nothing. I have been waiting since the end of November for this phone and it baffles my mind that it is nearly the end of Feb and I have yet to receive one!

I am so disappointed in Cell C. Why advertise something that you can't get?????? All of my friends are with other service providers and all got their iPhone 11's upon request. I am seriously considering moving from Cell C as this is unacceptable...
