Been waiting 4 months for a repair

I booked two of the 3 phones i have on contract by cel c.its been 4,months.always a story and still no phones ive been paying for a service a product i do not have..it took 3 weeks for them to have ram colect the phones.then another month for them to contact me about the repairs.eventually after contacting halo peter i got some kimd of service.now they telling me the imei amd a contract sim does not show use in that phone so thats why its takeing so long for the proses jet another result of the horible service ive been geting for a year.one of the phones got stole also took 3 months to replace when i eventually got a new phone the contract sim was not registered after phoneing everyday fo about a month and it still not being registered the phones screen broke and had to be booked for repair.so obviously the sim was not used in that phone as they never registered it and when they did the phone was already broken npw the claim might be denied or beter yet take another 4 months before i get the phones back.all this because someone is clearly not doing there job
