Been trying to get a copy of the original contract

I have been trying to get a copy of my original contract for 7 days now. <br> <br> I have spent over an hour on the phone calling the customer care hotline, being passed from one department to the next. I am told they will email it, nothing. I am told I will receive a call...nothing. <br> <br> Pathetic service to say the least. This is the reason why I left the company in the first place.
