Been struggling for 5 months with my account and absolutely no assistance from anyone.

Hi if you go back and check my emails regarding this matter of an outstanding amount on my account..... It's actually a huge joke

I'm not going to pay the outstanding amount of R195.93 because since 2016 I pay my cell c account every month cash.... Then all of a sudden on December 2023 you start a debit order without any authorisation or my consent on a closed standard bank account..... ???????

I have talked to 1000 different calls centre agents and absolutely no one can assist me in this matter????

If my service will be suspended there will be consequences.
