Bed Service from manager in Cell C Tygervalley

The Management @ Tygervalley Cell C, are poor. They said they refunded me. I waited 3 days. They said I must wait another day, if the money not reflect they will pay it back. They say they cannot refund me from their office I must come and get it. I said we stay not near Tygervalley, it is Friday with heavy traffic, II it not possible to refund it through the bank? No they don't have access. At first this brand never pick up their phone. The manager are Linley Baatjes ***
