Bed service at cell c

I have been a loyal customer for yrs someone from cell called me last week offering me a staterpack contract, this morning I got an sms saying it was decline it does not meet their credit need, n then I called cell c to ask them y they said on their system there is no clear reason y n there is normally a clear reason but on mine there isn't, can someone explain what is happening pls?
