Becoming very annoyed at this slow "investigation"
Im really starting to feel annoyed with Cell c now. Why I am I still paying for a contract I dont dont need, when I did not agree to renew this contract? Ive sent documentation and an affidavit to the ***** department and still waiting. They dont have any proof I agreed to the renewal of my contract, there is no signed document, there is no recording, because they violated the Popi act by renewing my contract without my consent anyway. Now I have to wait weeks for them to sort this out. They are trying to follow procedure by doing a thorough investigation. Where was the procedure and why wasnt the procedures put in place with regards to using my personal information to commit *****? Im taking this further

11 Oct 2022, 21:15I was asked to submit an affidavit to your ***** department. I have to jump through hoops to get you to investigate a matter which should not have to imconvenience your customer. Please go through the Protection of Personal Information Act and advise me why my details were *****ently used to renew a contract I did not consent to. Investigate that while I take my matter to the ombudsman for compensation of ***** and violatiom of the Popi act.
