BECAREFUL WITH CELL C_TRY OTHER NETWORK PROVIDERS FOR PEACE OF MIND

I have been using Cell C for years (2x24 months) contracts. During this whole time, I have been paying without fail. The service was nothing to write home about, it was a nightmare dealing with CELL C. Finally, the contract ended, and CELL C confirmed in writing a PAID IN FULL communique. They also promised to update my ITC status. However, more than a year later, based on TransUnion; the CELLC account against my name still shows as an active account with an outstanding amount. I have emailed CELL C numerous times, and my emails have been ignored. I am hoping that efforts to reach out to CELL C on this platform will HELP!!!
