Beaware Cell C ... RUN!!! FAR AND FAST FROM THEM!!

if you consider taking out a contract from Cell C read my story, i took out a contract 6 months ago used the phone under the T&C, the phone defaulted i took it back to Cell C insisted i do not want back a repaired phone as i dont pay repaired fees, i went in store to ask whats going on the phone has been there i was given the phone and still the watermark was inside the WATERPROVE PHONE, confirmed on mail by BM of Cell C, he called the repairs department spoke to two people there with no assistance to him, i called and no help. the next day i spoke to 9 people referred from one department to the next when i said im fed up now and want to cancel my contract she bluntly said OK, i have sent several emails no feedback my frustration is up the wall by now struggeling for nearly 30 days no help at all im sick , stuck with a broken phone and just no one helping me, when asked can i speak to a manager in several departments i was told they are out, in meetings, or not there, i have all the names times recordings this is my last resort the get some response i doubt i will, Cell C is reluctant to help in anyway but they do ensure they reach into your bank, stuck still with a broken phone!!
