Beautiful Service

I just want to thank a friendly lady from Cell C Birch Acres Mall by the name Busi. She was so helpful when I needed to upgrade my contract and take another contract. Due to the constant Loadshedding in our area, I called before going into the branch to check if I would be assisted and she asked what I needed assistance with which I explained. She took my details and told me she would start with the paperwork before I got there. She really made my requests a breeze by going the extra mile when I got to the branch. Even though the power was out, I was assisted with a pleasant face and warm attitude.

I personally want to thank Busi and hope she continues to treat Cell C customers with the respect and politeness she showed me.
