Be warned - they ***** your money

Loaded money on my account, R22 to be exact to activate my Whattsup - not even 2 min later there are no money and the service not activated...What happened to my request Cell C? who gave you permission to take my money for data and not whatsapp?

In my mind this is extremely un-ethical! Spoke to Lulama Ndwandwa - team leader - not willing to help or escalate the matter! Got a reference number and had to force her to put me through to the manager ****buso who is blaming the customer... it is my fault that you use my money for data and not my intended request.

THEY WILL ***** YOUR MONEY - NOT COOL!

Good day Cell C, I have already received the explanation that this is my fault...and that I should manage my phone better.... but you manage my account and no one gave you permission to Dt my account... This is the way you want to do business...un-ethically! It is cool...I WILL leave Cell C together with my family - that is a promise - you want to ***** me for R15! To make it worse... this is not the first time! Shame on me for trusting you!
