Be warned if you have an important phone do not port the number

Trying to port my old numbers from vodacom to cell c still proofed to be a process which are not standardised talking with 3 different persons. Even still waiting for the person from the Growe cell c branch to call me back 4 days after I left the message. Hell can you just try to get the porting of a number right and help a customer put the effort to drive from one branch to the other to try and obtain service. The help desk persons are even not aligned. What a absolute mess.
