BE WARNED! DO NOT MAKE USE OF CELL C MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER

Worst experience of what is a so called Business Exclusive member. Sent first request the 02nd of November 2024 to cancel our 2 business cellphone contracts and migrate to prepaid. Was sent from pillar to post spoken to several agents with the worst possible attitudes of simply not caring and passed over to the next. Even had agents dropping the line whilst i was speaking. After doing business with them for 10 years + this is the treatment they give Business exclusive customers I can not even imagine the serivce to the public. Only to find out today that they have suspended 2 business lines. That is costing our company a loss of income due to their pathetic service. They simply do not care for any customer. Cell C please remember word of mouth is a powerfull tool. As i see you have millions of bad reviews and it seems that this doesnt even bother you.You are not even worh a 1 star review
