BE VERY CAREFULL OF CELL C - DONT BELIEVE CONSULTANTS

Horrible company. They lie to customers

I app**** for 2 phone contract is December. I was told the cost will be R199 per month for 50mb data and 60 minutes. I asked the consultant in the store to ensure that I dont pay more than R199 per contract per month. I asked the consultant at Festival mall to ensure that this is a Top up contract.

We however realised that 500mb is not enough and that the data is finish by the 1st week. And we can not Top up like I requested. Ive been trying to change the contract for over a month now. I need to have a Top up on these contracts.

This morning I was informed that my payments are R199 per contract plus R149.00 extra for usage. My bill this month is R849.00 and I only budget for R400.00. The is more than double what I signed for. I can not afford this. This is not what was sold to me.

Received a call from Florence at Festival Mall. Florence was friendly and helpful and explained everything to me. WHY can't everybody be like Florence?? Call Centre Agents on the other hand are acting like they do you a favour to help you!!!!!!!!!!
